工作职责：
一、计划工作
Planning
1.物料计划编制
Material planning
A.结合系统未完成的正式工单、未结采购订单信息、BOM信息、即时库存通过excel计算每款半成品以及直采物料的缺口，释放到供给端使相关责任人维护交付计划和采购订单的下达；
Combine the outstanding formal work orders, open purchase order information, BOM information, and immediate inventory through excel to calculate the shortage of each semi-finished product and directly sourced materials, and release them to the supply side to enable the relevant responsible person to maintain the delivery plan and purchase order placement
B.根据生产计划在厂内的排产计划，结合未交付的采购订单，向采购及生产计划反馈可能产生的物料短缺情况，协同采购及时调整物料交付计划；
According to the production plan in the plant scheduling plan, combined with the uncompleted purchase orders, feedback to the procurement and production plan of material shortages, in cooperation with procurement timely adjustment of material delivery plan
C.协同生产计划及采购团队，对关键性原材料、半成品制定库存策略，对接采购传递物料需求计划及厂内物料库存水平监控。
Work with production planning and purchasing teams to develop inventory strategies for key raw materials and semi-finished products, and liaise with purchasing to deliver material demand plans and monitor in-house material inventory levels.
2.质检计划编制
Quality check planning
根据未结质检订单、生产计划和物料需求计划，结合质检产能对未质检货物进行质检计划编制。
According to the outstanding quality inspection orders, production plan and material requirement plan, combined with the quality inspection capacity of the unqualified goods for quality inspection plan preparation.
二、交付追踪工作
Delivery Tracking
1.物料交付追踪
Material delivery tracking
A.每日参加生产晨会，物料交付问题的提出、解决与后需跟踪等；
Attend daily production morning meeting, raise, solve and follow up on material delivery issues, etc.
B.每周与采购追踪物料实际到货情况；
Weekly tracking of actual arrival of materials with purchasing
C.与采购和质检沟通完成质检后的产品的入库情况；
Communicate with purchasing and quality inspection to complete the quality inspection of the products into the warehouse
三、数据分析
Data Analysis
1. 外协供应商不同工艺产出分析及预测（历史供应事件造成供应的波峰波谷记录和分析）
Analysis and forecasting of different process outputs from external suppliers
任职资格：
1.学士学位；
bachelor's degree
2.至少五年在跨国公司的物料计划领域的工作经验；
At least five years working experience in the field of material planning in multinational companies;
3.丰富的ERP及办公软件的使用经验；良好的英语沟通及快速学习能力；
Rich experience in ERP and office software; Good English communication and fast learning skills;
4.数据分析能力；
Data analysis ability;
5.具有清晰简洁的沟通能力；
Have clear and concise communication skills;
6.对工作有热情。
