一、Qualification 任职资格
1、Academic 学历
1. University education in relative technology or above
2. CET 4 or above
二、Experience 工作经验
1. Min 2 years’ experience in multi-national companies
2. Min 2 years’ experience in Customer Service function

六、Post requirements 岗位要求
1. Control and monitoring the order process.
控制和追踪订单流程
2. Check all the terms of customer order or contract preliminarily and report to your superior.
检查确认客户订单或合同的所有条款向上级汇报
3. Make sure the purchase request are complete and then provide it to purchasing within the same day upon the receipt of confirmed order and down payment from customer.
确保采购申请完整，并在收到客户确认单和定金后的当天提供给采购部
4. Check with purchasing department and make sure the delivery is on time. Inform customer and sales in case late delivery.
与采购部核对,确保准时交货,如果交货延迟要及时通知销售和客户
5. Inform sales and customers when goods are ready to ship and collect payment
当货物准备好装船时通知销售和客户，并收取货款
6. Coordinate with sales and service about installation and collect completion service report for balance collection.
与销售和服务部门协调安装工作,收集完成的服务报告用于余额回收.
7. Correctly & promptly process international purchase order and minimize order information discrepancy.
及时准确处理国际采购订单，确保定单准确性
8. Handling customs clearance work during Import & Export process, including prepare and confirm shipping documents, making paperwork, etc.
准备日常的清关资料
9. Proactively communicating with customs brokers, Customs and so on to solve the problems in the process of Im&Ex and ensure smooth operation for timely release of cargoes.
积极与报关行、海关等进行沟通，及时处理清关问题，以确保物资的顺畅通关
