1.As an welding application R&D engineer you will be a part of our joining team at the TRUMPF Laser Application Center (LAC) in Taicang, giving support to Asian-Pacific region customers and be willing to travel frequently.
作为焊接应用与研发工程师服务于通快（中国）有限公司太仓激光应用中心,工作辐射整个亚太地区,能够适应经常性出差
2.As a member of the welding R&D group, you will participate in new laser or 3D system development together with local and headquarter R&D department(application field definition, feasibility study, verification&validation).
作为焊接研发小组成员，将与本地及总部的研发部门一起，参与新的激光或者3D系统的开发(包含应用领域定义，可行性研究，验证和确认)
3.Work closely with local and headquarter IM/PM department to finalize the customized design, especially in welding sensor(visual arithmetic, process monitoring) .在焊接传感器领域，与本地及总部的行业与产品部门紧密合作完成客户定制的焊接项目研发(焊接路径视觉算法，过程监测)
4.Develop state-of-the-art process of high power disk and fiber laser welding process.
开发高功率碟片和光纤激光器前沿焊接工艺
5.You will deliver application support and training to our customers at the LAC as well as at the customer site, such as troubleshooting, welding process optimization, or relevant know-how training.
需要在LAC或者客户现场提供应用培训或者应用支持，包含工艺问题分析，工艺优化，以及相关技术培训
6.You will setup and demonstrate laser applications to our customers at the LAC, document and report your findings in English language reports.
需要在LAC完成指定的测试任务，并提交相应英文报告
7.Support to complete the other relevant task assigned from the direct supervisor .

1.Master degree or higher ：Laser technology, material science, mechanical engineering, vision arithmetic
硕士及以上学历，激光技术，材料科学，机械工程，视觉算法
2.Experience in the field of automotive laser welding
3.Skills:
-Solid programming capability is a puls, programming language can be Lua/C++/C#/VB.
优秀的Lua/C++/C#/VB 编程能力者优先
-On top of the analysis of welding results (microscope, metallurgy, hardness,mechanical tests), as well as the welding defect analysis.
熟练掌握焊接结果分析，包含熔池金相分析,硬度以及焊接缺陷分析
-Be able to do the fixture designing for the application testings at LAC, as well as the fixture designing concept understood for the customer project. 3D CAD/CAM such as SolidWorks should be matered.
能够提供简易夹具设计方案应对，并且能够理解客户项目中的夹具设计。熟练掌握三维软件如SolidWorks
-Qualified with IWE is a puls
拥有国际焊接工程师证书优先
-Lasers and laser systems (preferably TRUMPF)
激光及激光系统（优先通快设备）
-Welding visual and process monitor sensors
视觉及焊接过程监测传感器(优先通快设备)
-Robot/NC programming and operation
机器人或者数控机床操作编程
-Optics (beam guidance, focusing, beam shaping,…)
光学系统（光束传输，光学聚焦，光束整形）
-Theoretical background and hands on experience for laser welding and metallurgy
激光焊接或者弧焊的相关理论知识
-CAD/CAM software
-CAD/CAM 三维软件
-Microsoft Office
