Define, manage and extend product portfolio for construction fixing products according to customer requirements of the Region Asia 根据亚洲客户的需求，该职位负责建筑紧固产品在亚洲国家的应用和管理；
- Define the product strategy and roadmap together with the “Country Product Managers” 和亚洲各个国家销售公司的产品经理合作制订产品战略和路线图。
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activites together with “Country Product Managers” 和亚洲各个国家销售公司的产品经理一起管理产品线的全寿命周期，从战略计划到战术活动的制订和执行。
- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. 和所有部门一起制定并实施公司范围内的产品上市计划。
- Define, manage and develop documentation and training material for internal and external training 管控 、开发产品的文件、资料以及相关的培训材料，并负责实施对内、外部的培训和研讨会
Handling the portfolio in the SAP system
o 处理SAP系统中的投资组合；
o Work closely with Headquarter / Germany and regional sales organization in Asia
o 与德国总部以及亚洲区域相关国家的销售公司相关产品团队密切交流 |

- Further education in Marketing or experience in a marketing function is a clear benefit

- Fluent English

- Experience in construction industry or with construction fastener is a clear benefit

- Experience within an international company, manufacturing and selling products for the construction industry is a clear benefit

- Understanding the business: capable to define a long term strategy for the products, within own responsibility and breaking down into executable tasks and projects
