一、Qualification 任职资格 1、Academic 学历 Bachelor or above 二、Experience 工作经验 At least 3 years’ experience in purchasing of electrical parts and other standard commodity. 三、Job Skill 工作技能 1.Good communication skill. 2.Fast learner 3.Familiar with most of electrical parts with famous brand and have enough knowledge of parts 4.Able to operate in ERP system 四、Personality 性格特征 1.Can work under pressure. 2.Good team work. 3.Detail oriented. 五、Computer Skill 电脑技能 Be familiar with ERP system. Good at Microsoft office. 六、English Skill 英语水平 CET 4 or above Able to communication in English (written & oral) 六、Post requirements 岗位要求 1. Supplier Management - Develop the suppliers (including partnership agreement) - Define and set standard prices 2. Sourcing Process - Cost Analysis: Internal and external costs; - Negotiate with Strategic suppliers - Monitor the implementation of contracts - Source the standard parts in BOM list for new project. 3. Monitoring Process - Supplier evaluation - Lead the actions of resourcing, technical improvement, and negotiation to achieve good performance for localization. - Risk Management: Identify risks and mitigate / counter / compensate consequences - Monitors the BOM items pricing versus the initial business plan costing - Monitors the suppliers readiness all over the development life versus the program planning milestones, manages risk on costs / quality / delay |
