| 工作描述： |
1.Develop Embedded Software for Fiber Laser products and it’s sub assemblies, to meet project timeline and quality requirements.
2.Design software test protocol and lead the test process to ensure the software meets the design specification.
3.Create software related technical documents, such as design specification, architecture, functional description, communication protocol, test specification and validation report.
4.Continuously improve existing embedded software for the products and key test equipment to maintain lowest down time and achieve best customer satisfactory.
5.Provide support for released products, evaluate product field performance and reliability and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Ensure effective and in time implementation of engineering changes.
6.Support to complete other tasks assigned from the immediate supervisor per business requirement.

1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Electronics Engineering / Electronics Information Engineering / Computer Science Engineering
3. 5+ years of firmware development experience
4.Proficient at programming with C/C++ language, VHDL / VeriLog is a plus
5.Proficient with ARM architectures and other platforms such as DSP + FPGA
6.Be familiar with embedded operating system development
7.Be familiar with industrial communication protocols, such as LWIP, TCP/IP, UDP, FieldBus, USART, CAN, I2C, SPI etc.
8.Be good at problem discovering and resolving
9.Good communication, coordination skill and project management skills
10.Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel).
11.Fluent Chinese and English
12.Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
13..Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct and other guidelines of TRUMPF China
