| 工作描述： |
岗位职责：
- Execute the relevant policies and flows of company strictly;
严格执行公司的相关政策和流程；
- Receiving and processing the delivery releases from CMD, demand the status of the contracts which will be dispatched, tracking completed time of contracts which will be dispatched and then giving feedbacks to relevant dept;
接收、处理CMD发放的发货通知，在SAP中查询待发运的合同状态，跟踪反馈待发运合同的产成时间、缺件信息等给相关部门；
- Found the B/L in SAP and enter dispatching info in SAP such as contract number、customer’s names and the delivery numbers、size as well as weight of the cargos;
在SAP中创建提货单，录入合同号、客户名称、发货数量、尺寸、重量及相关的收等信息；
- Found the receipt of delivery and enter the completed info in SAP like consignees 、forwarders and cases then inform the forwarders to handle dispatching procedure;
在SAP中创建送货回执，录入完整的收货方信息、承运方信息、合同箱件信息等，按发运要求通知承运公司发货并办理相关手续；
- Check out the details of ex-warehouse according to the delivery info the same day, and maintenance the delivery point in SAP;
根据当日发货信息核对出库明细，并在SAP系统中维护发货节点；
- Collect the freight details about collection &payment on the month at fixed period, inform the carriage company to make out the invoice ahead of time and send it to each branch;
定期汇总当月代收代付合同运费明细，通知承运公司提前开票并按项目寄给各分公司；
- Collect the whole freight details from last month and inform the carriage company to make out the invoice after check out the receipts and the amount;
汇总上月所有物流费用明细，审核回单并与承运方确认金额后通知开票请款；
- Operate invoice business according to the requirements of related department.
根据各部门要求，操作开票业务.
- Deal with other domestic shipping related business
- 其他国内发运相关业务的处理
任职要求：
- 良好的沟通、协调能力；
- Have good sense of customer service and teamwork spirit;
具备较好的客户服务意识和团队合作精神；
- Have a certain independent working spirit;
具备一定的独立工作能力；
- Be familiar with the basic operation procedures in logistics field;
熟悉物流行业基本操作流程；
- Be familiar with the MM models in SAP;
了解并能操作SAP系统MM模块；
- Be familiar with office software and Notes;
熟练使用计算机，包括各种office办公应用软件及Notes；
- Basic English skills in reading ,writing and speaking;
基本的英文读、写、说能力；
- College degree or above.
大专或以上学历。
- More than 2 years working experience in elevator company or logistics field.
2年以上电梯行业或物流行业经验。
