Job Description
1. Lead and be responsible for the result of the new development project assigned to you.主导并负责新项目的开发
2. Understanding and clearing up requirements for the project, making the project plan including scope, budget and schedule. 了解和明确项目需求，制定项目计划，包括范围、预算和进度。
3. Keeping track and making sure everything is within your plan for scope, budget and schedule of your project. 跟踪并确保项目按计划顺利进展、控制项目预算和进度。
4. Responsible for design, engineering and testing of the product in your project. 负责项目中产品的设计、工程和测试。
5. Doing product development with the understanding of production techniques for plastics, aluminum and steel. 了解塑料，铝和钢的生产技术，进行产品开发。
6. Doing technical feasibility study of your own designs before releasing for production. 在投入生产前对自己的设计进行技术可行性研究。
7. Ensuring all tasks are completed within the timeline scheduled. In case of delays need to take action to either update or inform project team. 确保所有任务在预定的时间内完成。
8. Making sure the pricing of all parts related to your project and the cost is within project target. 确保与项目相关的所有零件的价格和成本在项目目标之内。
9. Initiating and leading ready for production plan and first trial production run. 启动并领导生产计划和首次试生产。
10. Looking for value engineering opportunities during your project to reduce costs.寻求项目降本方案
11. Support and advise other engineers in the department with their projects or tasks. 支持部门内其他项目
12. Other tasks assigned by R&D manager完成研发经理交办的其他任务
Qualifications
1. 3+ years’ working experience as project engineer(plus)
2. 6+ years’ experience with engineering and developing new products.
3. Must have pro-active attitude and take charge in assigned project.
4. Provable experience with engineering or project management of Desking for office furniture is a plus.
5. Good English in writing, reading and listening.
