Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
• Check the reimbursement report on daily basis.
• Arrange payment to approved invoice.
• Cash and cash in bank management on daily basis
• Works with bank clerk on bank account renew and daily maintenance.
• Monthly reconciliation for all the cash/cash in bank account
• Collect all the T&E report from staff base on Shanghai and Beijing office
• Monthly T&E report
• As part of the finance team contributes to the accurate & timely completion of month end duties
Job Qualifications 工作要求：
Team work spirit
Down to earth
Good communication skills
Good English skill both oral and reading
Good software skills like excel, word, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree in finance or Accounting
CET-6
May need to travel to Shanghai from time to time.
