| 工作描述： |
1.Responsible for sales growth in own territory, by business maintenance and development. 在指定的区域内，进行客户维护和业务拓展，以促进销售增长 2.Set up business development strategy for short term and long term. 制定短期、长期的业务发展战略 3.Interact and coordinate with relative teams for maximum benefits. 与相关团队协作，共同努力获得收益 4.Understand customers' current requirement, future trend (commercial, technical application). 理解、收集客户现有需求，以及潜在需求（包含但不限于商业、技术应用） 5.Market analysis including competitors and prospects. 进行市场分析，包含但不限于竞争对手、市场前景等 6.Working with KAM to expand business volume in the region. 与大客户经理合作，共同扩大区域内业务量 7.Submit sales reports as required. 根据要求提交销售报告 8.Responsible for the promotion, formulation and maintenance of customer logistics service standardization plan, and timely adjustment the plan according to the analysis and prediction. 负责客户物流服务标准化方案的推广、制定与维护，并进行相关数据分析、预测，及时进行方案调整 9.Complete other work assigned by superior. 完成上级交付的其他工作 职位要求 1.College’s degree or above. 大专及以上学历 2.At least 2 years work experience,fastener /hardware background is preperred. 2年以上相关工作经验，拥有紧固件/五金件背景优先 3.Must have good sales skill and strong business mind with intelligent market analysis. 具有良好的销售技巧和较强的商业头脑，并具备市场分析能力 4.Experience of daily operation management in terms of sales & logistics is plus. 有销售和物流方面的日常运营管理经验者优先 技能要求: 1.Excellent communication skills and think out of box. 优秀的沟通能力和创新思维能力 2.Teamwork spirit and can work independently and under pressure. 具有团队合作精神，能在压力下独立工作 3.Integrity, honest, ambitious; can go into details. 正直、诚实、细心、有雄心 4.Good command of English in both writing and oral, good computer literacy in English office environment. 良好的英语听说读写能力，良好的计算机应用能力 |
