RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
1.Responsible for process planning of mold project, making development progress, tracking and reporting progress status of the project
负责模具项目的过程策划，制定开发进度，并跟踪和报告项目的进展状态
2.Organize and participate in the design and structure audit of various mold process equipment, familiar with the structure of plastic mold
组织并参与各类模具工艺装备的设计结构审核，熟悉塑胶模具的结构
3.Responsible for explaining manufacturing problems related to design to customers, and coordinate to solve technical and quality problems in mold manufacturing
负责向客户解释与设计相关的制造方面问题，协同解决在模具制造中现场发生的技术、质量问题
4.Organize and participate in mold testing, ensure the smooth acceptance of mold and establish mold database;组织并参与试模，确保模具的顺利验收及建立模具数据库
5.Responsible for the daily management of mold suppliers
负责模具供应商日常管理
6.Other job required by the leader.

要求：
1.Mature and advanced tooling project management skill, able to design mold independently, familiar with mold design software and office software
具有成熟且先进的模具项目管理理念并能独立进行模具设计；熟练应用模具设计软件和各类办公软件
2.Familiar with all kinds of machining process and manufacturing process of precision mold
熟悉精密模具各种机加工艺及制造流程
3.Able to organize, control, promote and deal with quality abnormality for mold project
对模具项目具有组织、管控、推进和品质异常处理能力
4.Good communication, coordination and teaching ability
有较好的沟通协调和传授能力
5.Good communication skills in English.
良好的英语沟通能力
