Duties and responsibilities职责和责任 • Supervise production lines operation, personnel appointment, production schedule, and security management according to the production plans;监督管理生产线的操作，生产线的人员配置、生产进度和安全管理； • Deal with abnormal issues in the production process, such as quality, craftsmanship, and equipment, and give feedback to the superior, offer the production reports timely;处理生产过程中的品质、工艺、设备等异常问题，并向上级反馈，及时提供生产报告； • Production overall planning, material management, product quality, cost control, defect rate control;生产统筹规划、物料管理、产品品质、成本控制、不良率控制； • Achieve the capacity objectives, carry out the quality standards and on-site 5S and conduct the production records and statistics;负责完成生产指标，贯彻质量标准和现场5S，做好生产纪录及统计； • Handling of daily work in the workshop and personnel labor discipline supervision, production reports, attendance, performance appraisal, etc.;车间日常事务及人员劳动纪律监督、生产报表、考勤、绩效考核等工作的处理； • Participate in the daily production of the process lines;参与日常流水线的生产； • Comply with and implement the company's various rules and regulations, information security management systems and requirements;遵守及执行公司各项规章制度、信息安全管理制度及要求； • Other work assigned by department leader.部门负责人安排的其他工作。 Qualifications资质 • Proven working experience in the production of punches冲头生产线工作经验 • At least 4-year working experience with the role of production line leader of punches至少四年以上冲头生产线领班工作经验 • Familiar with the production planning process of the manufacturing industry熟悉制造行业生产计划流程 • Good planning ability, execution ability, and proficient use of office software such as EXCEL良好的计划能力、执行能力，熟练使用EXCEL等办公软件 • Good self-drive, proactive work, good at problem solving, communication & coordination skill良好的自我驱动力，工作积极主动，善于问题解决，沟通协调能力强 • Can work under pressure, with team spirit and responsibility能承受压力，团队合作和责任感强 • Excellent presentation and presentation creation skills精通报告和报告创建 • Fluent communication skills in English 娴熟的英语沟通能力 |
