工作职责：
1. 负责生产工艺流程的制定，工艺参数的设置，保证制造工艺前期工作顺利进行；
Responsible for production process, and process parameter Settings, ensure that the early stage of the manufacturing process work smoothly
2. 负责工艺条件和生产效率的持续改善，工艺问题的分析和解决，提升车间生产效率与工艺的改善；
Responsible for the process conditions and the continuous improvement of production efficiency, analyze and solve process problems, improve workshop production efficiency and process improvement.
3. 对生产相关人员进行技术及操作培训与考核，提高员工工作技能；
The technical personnel related to production and operation training and assessment, improve employee job skills.
4. 推动新技术的学习及研究，促进公司生产技术的革新；
To promote the learning of the new technology and research, and the company's production technology innovation.
5. 负责新项目的技术支持，以确保新项目顺利运行；
Responsible for new project technical support, to ensure that new project run smoothly.
6. 解决客户投诉技术方面的问题，帮助质量部改进工作，共同处理好客户关系；
Solve the problem of technical aspects of customer complaints, help improve the work quality, deal with customer relationship together.
7. 按时完成部门其他工作，促进部门目标的达成。
Finish other department work, to promote the achievement of department goals.
岗位要求：
1. 大专或以上学历
College degree or above
2. 6年以上注塑行业管理经验
6 years’ experience in injection molding industry management
3. 熟练使用注塑机（德玛格，阿博格或其他欧美品牌注塑机）
Familiar with kinds of injection mold machine(Demag, Arbug, or other brands in Europe or US)
4. 熟悉注塑模具结构
Familiar with injection module structure
5. 了解原材料供料系统
Understanding Raw Material Feeding System
6. 有自动化经验***
with automation experience is preferred.
7. 了解OEE
Know OEE
8. 良好的英语沟通能力,能与外籍工程师沟通
Good English communication skills, can work with foreigner engineer.
