Main Responsibilities:
主要职责：
•Assists Planning Supervisor on all production planning & deliveries issues 协助计划主管处理所有生产及交货的相关问题
oReceive all forecast & orders from every customer 接收所有客户的需求预测及订单
oCompiles daily production plan for the plant 制定日生产计划安排
oAnalysis for machine capacity and head capacity based on customer’s forecast and provide the suggestions or opinions 根据客户需求分析机器及机器产能并提供自己的建议或意见
oCompiles daily deliveries for every customer 编制客户日交货计划
oEnsure “on time” and “on quantity” for each delivery 确保准时准量交货
•Communicates with production & other departments 与生产及其他部门的沟通
oProduction plan, sampling request and machine maintenance plan etc. 生产、打样及机器维保计划讨论
oAttends monthly FCST and machine capacity meetings 参加月度机器产能及客户需求变化会议讨论
•Communicates with purchaser & warehouse 与采购及仓库之间的沟通
oWarehouse space monitoring for finished goods 成品库存及仓库存储空间的监督管理
oEnsures material availability with material planner 确保生产物料的供应
•Arranges material shipments according to production plans 根据生产计划安排物料供应
oEnsures adequate finished goods are in warehouse to supply to customer 确保库存满足客户需求
oTracing the on time deliveries for each customer 跟踪客户交货的及时性
oMake safety stock according to SLEA 根据与客户签订的SLEA准备安全库存
oDaily MB ordering and payment settling 色母的日常采购及付款安排
•Finishes other assignments instructed by Logistics Manager 完成物流经理安排的其他工作
Education/Experience 教育/经验
•University Degree in related field or equivalent
相关专业专科文凭
•1-2 years of work experience in the same role
1-2年相关工作经验
Qualifications/Skills 资格/技能
•Good computer literacy 良好的电脑操作技能
•Good numerical skills 良好的沟通技巧
•Very strong organizational/troubleshooting/time management skills 良好的组织协调、解决问题及时间管控能力
•Cooperative, able to work under tight schedule 良好的抗压能力
•Sense of ownership 有主人翁精神
