工作描述：
1. Calibrate our testing products, control and maintain the calibration process, suggest improvements.
对测试产品进行校准，控制并维护校准过程并提出改进建议。
2. On site Calibration according to ZRG calibration requirement.
根据ZRG的校准要求进行现场校准。
3. Provide Calibration training/consulting services for our sales and service partners
为公司销售及服务人员提供校准培训。
4. Cooperate closely on the calibration methods definition with our Headquarters in Germany.
在对校准方法定义方面与德国总部密切合作
5. Independently plan and execute preliminary tests and customer demonstrations
独立规划和执行初步测试以及客户演示
6. Understand the relevant standards, create test reports, and provide application-related information

7. Participate the development process of prototypes and new products

8. Prepare a competitive analysis and derive measures therefrom

9. Test labor coordination + in-house pre-sales support namely pre-testing of customer specimens + demonstration of results to a customer at ZRT

10 Closely coordinate and communicate with our sales and development department
与销售以及研发团队紧密合作与交流
11. Support our development department regarding product improvements and innovations

任职资格：
1. Materials engineering Bachelor education background
材料工程学士教育背景
2. Experience in machine/ instrument calibration field, with the experience in Universal testing machine calibration (tensile, bending compression) is a big advantage.
在机器/仪器校准领域有经验，有万能试验机校准（拉伸，弯曲和压缩）经验者优先。
3. Knowledge of force transducers, displacement sensors, temperature sensors principles are a plus
熟悉力传感器，位移传感器，温度传感器原理者优先。
4. Able to work independently and conscientiously
能够独立认真的工作
5. Good English, both spoken and written
良好的英语听说读写的能力
6. Good knowledge of MS Office
办公软件的熟练使用
7. Good communication skills and able to work in a team
良好的沟通能力，能够团队合作
8. Able to work under pressure and willing to travel.
能在压力下工作，接受出差
