| 工作描述： |
1. 根据部门项目和年度目标的要求，协助经理完成部门KPI目标
According to project or annual budget/target, achieve the KPI target ;
2. 作为采购开发部门的窗口，根据公司采购战略开发最优质的供应商
Interface with purchasing team for the development and release of Best-in-class suplliers to commodity strategies.
3. 牵头供应商的搜索，开发以及培养过程，使潜在供应商，新供应商以及现有供应商符合欧皮特公司的供应商要求
coordinate with the related dept. to sourcing the potential suppliers, develop new suppliers and train the current suppliers to follow with Optibelt's requestment
4. 根据供应商管理程序，维护供应商管理体系，建立健全供应商档案
According to supplier management procedure, maintain suppliers management system, set up and complete filing of suppliers
5. 作为核心人员参与供应商年度的商务谈判
as a core person to deep involve the annually commecial negotiation with the suppliers
6. 牵头新项目开发的进度工作，定期和公司内部相关部门回顾项目开展进度
coordinate with the related dept. to review the new projects develop situation regularly.
7. 积极了解公司产品结构及材料组成，可通过成品结构认知原材料开发的关键及核心
Understand the product structures and material compositions of the company, and understand the key of material development through finished product structure
8. 供货商拜访及商务谈判，根据公司相关方要求制定合同框架，协商合同条款
visit supplier and negotiation purchase contract:
9. 配合经理定期及不定期的分析总结报告关于采购价格的市场变动情况、 供应商的供货及其状况分析、统计资料、问题及特殊项目等报告
Support the manager to regularly or irregularly summarize, analyze and report market change of purchase prices, supplies and status of suppliers, statistic, problems and other special projects;
10. 按公司的安全、环保职业健康体系要求进行采购工作，并延伸到所管理的供应商，使之符合公司的要求 Purchasing must meet the demand of safety, health and environment protection system request and extend the management to the suppliers to match the system requirements;
11. 遵守国家法律法规、公司各类管理规定、职业道德
Follow national laws & rules, company rules and professional ethics
12. 完成经理领导指示的其它工作
Follow the instruction of direct leader’s not listed work
