工作描述: |
1. Customer Supplier management systems review- check the complaints & returns;
客户供应商管理系统审查-检查投诉和退货;
2. Arrange 3rd party sorting work at customer side:
在客户方安排第三者分拣工作:
a) Record all failure mode and work out inspection plan;
记录所有故障模式并制定检查计划;
b) Work out rework instructions with engineering how to take rework at customer side;
与工程部门一起制定返工指示,如何在客户方进行返工;
c) Train our online service how to inspect according to inspection report, how to record failure mode and failure rate, how to rework according to rework instruction, how to prepare & feedback data;
培训我们的线服,如何根据检查报告进行检查,如何记录故障模式和故障率,如何根据返工指示进行返工,如何准备和反馈数据;
d) Train our online service how to deal with parts uncertain (if new failure mode happens, communicate first, return them as received if necessary)
培训我们的线服,如何处理不确定的零件(如果发生新的故障模式,先进行沟通,并在必要时将其退回);
e) Prepare enough back up parts/tools&devices for rework (check with service person how to store them);
准备足够的备用零件/工具和设备以进行返工(请与线服人员联系以了解如何存储它们);
3. Dealing with the parts regular returned from customer;
处理客户退回的常规零件;
4. Dealing with warranty details preparing (parts qty/ issues/ categories amount confirmed);
准备保修细节(零件数量/问题/类别金额已确认);
5. Lead GP12 problems solving (after handover) & transfer to 8D;
主导解决GP12的问题(移交后)并转移到8D;
6. Lead GP12-8D problems solving;
带领GP12-8D解决问题;
7. Assembly inspection plan after handover;
交接后的装配检查计划;
8. Customer audit arrangement/follow up;
客户审核安排/跟进;
9. Re-qualification test arrangement;
重新测试的安排;
10. Annual process audit;
年度流程审核;
11. ECN processing after SOP /handover;
SOP /移交后的设变的处理;
12. Some other tasks from line manager.

1. 2 years+ CQE/AQE/SQE experience in auto industry, skilled on quality and statistic tools(fish bone, 5why,8D,plato, etc)
2年以上汽车行业CQE/AQE/SQE 工作经验,熟悉质量分析和问题解决工具。
2. excellent logical anaysis and problem resolving capability;
具备逻辑分析和问题解决能力
3.quick response and strong communication ability is needed;
具备快速反馈及沟通能力
4. with strong accountability and keep good relationship with internal & external customer;
具有强烈的责任心并与内外部客户保持良好沟通
5. able to work under pressure and business travel;
可承受一定的工作压力并能适应出差
6. good written/oral english is needed
要求书面英语良好
7. with ability to read and understand CAD drawing
