Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Summary: (Goals/Tasks)
this role's main responsibility is fixture and tooling design, process improvement and document updating.
Job Description:
• Process document, management. Update and create process flow chart, WI.
• Improve layout, C/T, bottle neck, machine, operation to fulfill demand and quality requirement.
• Issue, update and give training about operation instruction. Provide technical and process solution for the production.
• Lean principle implementation, CIP project, ergonomic.
• Problem solving and technical improvement measures.
• Process capability study and improvement.
Requirements：
• College or above, major in mechanic, electric engineering or other related technical field.
• More than 2 years related products and process experience. Familiar with assembly line and automation.
• Lean knowledge.
• Skilled in Auto-CAD and Office software. Can read the related products drawings.
• Team Player, good interpersonal skills. Responsible and able to work independently, Self-supporting work manner. |
