| 工作描述： |
Responsibilities:
1. Give technical support to sales team on new product or machineprocess applications during project phase.
2. Coordinate with customer during process applications, work outtooling, fixture and machining solutions, carry out time study process, ensurean effective technical proposal been applied to customer with DVS groupmachines and processes.
3. During project phase support for new project quotationcalculations.
4. Build up and maintain basic and necessary tooling, fixture hardwarecenter to support technical demonstrations or new project validation at Tec.Center.
5. Demonstrate DVS group high performance machine and process duringmachine exhibitions.
6. Provide internal training to sales or service team during new productor new machine process application.
7. Support to solve technical problems at customer side referringDVS machining processes.
8. Work as an interface in between DVS Germany and China for newapplication localizations.
9. Optimize or develop new clamping & cutting solutions toensure a continuous improvement plan within DVS technology group.
10. Work jointly with group other technologies to have a combinedapplication thinking, bring more effective value-adding solutions adapt tomarket.
11. Manage technical documents, ensure an updated document database.
12. Finish other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
2. At least 5 years working experience in automotive machining area,with practical hard turning, grinding process application experiences.
3. Familiar with NC system, can make program, with goodunderstanding of NC machine constructions.
4. Customer oriented, good communication skills internally andexternally.
5. Self-learner, with ability in problem solving independentlymeanwhile have team-work spirit.
6. Time-management ability, able to work under pressure, energeticand honest.
7. Good PC skills, familiar with AutoCAD, etc.
8. English communication skills as mandatory.
