| 工作描述： |
1、 Order Management 订单管理
1) Schedule orders and work out order shipping plan based on SLA.
根据SLA对订单排程并做成订单出货计划。
2) Schedule orders into waves and release process task to operation team.
在MA系统中将订单排成波次并释放操作任务到操作团队。
3) Develop daily order schedule report and wave report and inform related teams.
编制订单日计划报表及波次报表，并通知相关团队。
4) Work out the optimal wave strategy with the lowest process cost.
制定最低操作成本的最优波次策略。
5) Order tracking and checking to assure the On-Time shipment and fulfillment accuracy.
订单跟踪和检查，以确保按时发货和完成准确性。
2、 Shipping admin 出货管理
1) Work out the best load and trailer plan based on order shipping plan with Shipping/Carrier team.
与发货团队和承运商一起，基于订单出货计划做成最佳的装载及车辆计划。
2) Manage carrier appointment and monitor truck movement in yard, ensure truck on time arrival and departure.
管理承运商预约及监控车辆在园区的活动，确保车辆准时到达及离开。
3) Track and check loading status, and print Loading List and POD and handle over to carrier.
跟进并检查装载状态，打印装载清单及POD并交接给承运商。
4) Maintain the reporting and tracking the performance of Carrier.
维护报表并跟踪承运商表现。
3、 SOP & Training SOP及培训
1) Assist planning manager to Develop SOP and User Manual.
协助计划经理编制SOP和用户手册。
2) Prepare training material and perform training internally and externally.
准备培训教材并对内/对外展开培训。
4、 Others 其他
Responsible for others assigned by manager.
领导安排的其他事项。

Key Skills / Attributes / Experience
1、Education level 教育程度:
Bachelor degree or above; preferably in Statistics, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management.
本科或以上学历，最好是统计学、物流管理、供应链管理专业。
2、 Work experience 工作经验:
1) 1+ years working experience in logistic area or supply chain management.
1年以上物流或者供应链管理领域工作经验。
2) Familiar with WMS (Manhattan is preferred).
熟悉WMS（曼哈顿系统优先）。
3、 Skills 技能:
1) Good background in data analysis/reporting and performance measurement.
具有良好的数据分析/报表和绩效评估背景。
2) Familiar with MS office.
熟练使用MS office。
3) Good communication skills, proactively doing things and open minded to think about the future things.
良好的沟通能力，积极主动地做事，并乐于考虑未来的事情。
4) High team-work sprit, strong curiosity about new knowledge and continuous improvement.
团队合作精神高，对新知识有着强烈的好奇心并能持续改进。
5) Adapt to shift adjustment and can work under pressure.
适应班次调整并可以承受工作压力。
4、 Language: good English, both written and oral.
语言：英语良好，书写及口语。
5、 Other: Work at Taicang in Suzhou area.
其他：在苏州太仓工作。
