| 工作描述： |
1 负责公司进出口报关等体系文件的制订和完善; Maintain the import/export rules of customs in system file;
2 负责关务科年度预算的编制和实施;Responsible for the preparation and implementation of annual budget for customs section.
3 负责关务科年度计划、月度计划、周计划的制订、实施及点检；Responsible for preparation and implementation, inspection of annual plan, monthly plan, weekly plan for customs section.
4 负责关务科的日常管理及内部人员的绩效考核; Responsible for daily management and performance appraisal.
5 负责进出口报关等代理供应商的管理，使之提供平价、优质、高效的服务;Responsible for forward management so that they can provide low price, quality, high-performance service.
6 海关监管物资在公司入库、生产领用、退库、报废等使用过程中监督，并提出改善意见; Responsible for supervision of customs materials in whole process include storage, production, return, scrapped, and proposed the improvement opinion
7 暂时进出口物资的管理，使之能满足公司降低成本的要求;Responsible for management of temporary import/export goods so that it can met the requirement in order to reduce costs.
8 负责公司进口零部件和出口成品的整体报关进度确认，满足公司生产运营的要求；Responsible for schedule confirmation for import materials and export products so that it can be met the requirement of production.
9 负责关务科内部的关务知识更新培训；Responsible for customs knowledge training in customs section.
10 根据海关法律法规的要求，对公司的执行情况进行监督检查；In order to meet the requirement of customs laws and regulations, supervise and inspect the implementation in RCI.
11负责与主管海关、出入境检验检疫局及其他相关职能部门的联系、沟通；Be responsible for communication with local customs, entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau and other relevant organization.

具备关务、进出口国际贸易及法律相关知识Knowledge of customs and import/export international trade (legal frame and implications)
报关员证书 Customs Declaration Certificate
8年以上的物流经验（生产性物资）Long term experience (> 8 years) in logistics (capital goods)
具有在成熟的具有竞争性重工业行业的工作经验或国际运输物流行业的专业工作经验You demonstrate a track-record of professional growth and achievement, and have experience from a mature and competitive heavy industry, or from international transport/logistics industry.
英文熟练Fair knowledge English Language
