| 工作描述： |
1. 参与可行性分析，并保证在客户与公司及其模具供应商充分沟通和理解的前提下达成项目目标；Participate into the feasibility study, and ensure the targets are achievable by a good communication and understanding between FCN and customers as well as FCN with Tooling suppliers;
2. 负责按照公司专业技术知识给出设计指导方针（包含浇口流道计算），并且保证模具试模时的检查执行；Being responsible to give tool design guideline (incl. feeding calculation) based upon the know how of the company, and ensure its implementation by verification when tool samplings;
3. 保证所有产品的模具开发均按照客户要求Ensure the new products’ tooling developments are qualified to meet customer requirements in a responsible manner.
4. 与客户以及同事沟通模具开发状况，协助项目小组确保模具开发计划是可调节的，且达成公司业务指标；Communicate with peers and customers about the tooling development situation, support to project team on ensuring all tooling developing plans are compatible and which contribute to the achievement of the company business objectives.
5. 负责确保内部和外部供应商理解终端客户的要求，且协助他们按照公司标准完成模具制作；Being responsible for both internal and external tools’ suppliers having an effective understanding of the end users’ requirement, and support them being able to produce tools fulfilled our company standard as well;
6. 及时得到必要的模具布局和设计承认的信息；In charge to get on time all necessary information for tooling layout approval and tooling design approval;
7. 负责维护和执行公司模具设计，工程变更和流程制定，并且按此保留需要的记录；Being responsible for the maintenance and implementation of Company tool design, ECN and building procedure, and keep the requested record according to;
8. 负责内部和外部模具制作时间计划设定和检查，并且保证按公司业务指标满足项目开发要求；Responsible for the tool building time plan setup, verification and its implementation whatever the tool is built in house or out sourced, and ensure it meeting projects’ development requirements which contributes to the achievement of the company business objectives;
9. 负责模具开发的跟踪，严格的实施执行模具开发方针，并定期检查进度，保证模具设计制造按计划进行，并且严格按照公司内部管理标准生产有良好生产性和产品质量的模具Being responsible for the communication of tooling development by strictly enforcing the tooling developing guide and regularly verify the progress, to ensure the best on schedule development of the tools so that good productivity and better quality products as requested by the company internal standard are achieved.
10. 严格的实施并执行公司发展目标所需的ISO/TS16949，ISO14001 质量和环境体系条款规定；Strictly enforce the provisions of ISO/TS16949, and ISO14001 quality and environmental system and which contribute to the achievements of company development objectives.
11. 保证所有产品的模具开发费用控制在预算范围内；Ensure all new products’ tooling development expenses are captured and controlled under the budget level.
12. 组织新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用；持续改进生产力和质量；To apply the new technology, new equipment into production. To keep on improve the productivity and quality.
13. 检查下属工作表现，分析工作量，人员状况，确保提供相关需要的指导和技能培训。Examine the performance of subordinates if there are, analysis workload and manpower situation, and ensure specific guidance and training are provided as required.
14. 上级吩咐的其他工作事项。Other things that issued by top leader .
