| 工作描述： |
1.Assign and manage the daily task to group members.
分配及管理仓库组员的日常的工作。
2.Responsible for the warehouse management of raw materials and finished products, including the arrangement and coordination of raw materials to the production site.
负责原材料、产成品的出入库管理，包括原材料发放至生产现场的安排和协调工作。
3.Responsible for the safety and protection of goods and personnel in the warehouse.
负责仓库的货物、人员安全及防护。
4.Perform regular inventory count to ensure that accounts, cards and goods are consistent.
定期进行库存盘点，确保帐、卡、物三者相符合。
5.Use the forklift correctly, keep a daily maintenance for the forklift.
正确使用叉车等装卸工具，并对其进行日常保养。
6.Be responsible for the double checking and a selective examination.
负责包装完毕产品的核对及抽查。
7.According to delivery plan and customer requirements, prepared shipping documents with shipments and keep the records as well.
按产品交付计划和客户要求理货、准备发货资料和发货，并保存发货记录。
8.Make sure ERP system data entry timely and accurate.
确保ERP系统数据录入及时准确。
9.Responsible for the rationalization of warehouse layout and visual management, optimize the storage space and goods storage methods.
负责仓库的合理化布局和目视化管理，优化各存储空间及货物的储存方式。
10.Participate in the preparation of warehouse management instruction.
参与制订仓库管理作业指导书。
11.Cooperate with the engineering department to confirm the packaging of each new product and formulate the operation instruction.
配合工程部门对每个新品的包装认定及作业指导书的制定。
12.Be responsible for transportation including truck arrangement, cargo in transit monitoring, transportation charge closing and forwarder daily management, ensure customer’s OTD.
负责客户的运输管理，包括车辆的安排，货物的在途跟踪，运输费用的结算，运输公司的日常管理，确保客户可以准时收到货物。
13.Participate in improvement activities related to warehouse management.
参与仓库管理相关的改善活动。
14.Responsible for the training of new staff in warehouse.
负责仓库新员工的培训工作。
15.Understand and comply with EHS regulations to meet safety requirements.
理解并遵守环境、健康和安全制度以满足安全要求。
16.Perform other tasks which assigned by superior.
执行上级主管安排的其它工作。 |

•Experienced in warehouse and logistics management more than 5 years.
五年以上仓库管理和物流管理经验。
•Good in English and PC skills.

•Rich experience in team management and communication skill.
丰富的团队管理经验和沟通技巧。
•Management experience in automotive or stamping industry is preferred.
有汽车或冲压行业相关经验者优先考虑.
•Forklift license and SAP related operation experience is preferred.
具有叉车证及SAP相关操作经验者优先考虑. |
