Provide support in supplier development programs to improve capability and quality 为供应商开发提供支持以提高其能力与质量 · Develop and maintain inspection procedures for Products Inspection. 指定并维护产品检验的程序 · Generate Supplier Corrective Actions as required and follow up with Suppliers for closure using 8D corrective actions format 根据需要生成供应商纠正措施，并使用8D纠正措施格式跟进供应商以结案 · Ensure supplier’s preventive and corrective actions are implemented and effective 确保供应商的预防和纠正措施得到有效落实 · Participate in the assessment and selection of Suppliers of key components. 参与评估和选择关键组件的供应商 · Support the development of purchased component/assembly requirements 支持制定采购的零件/组件要求 · Compile and evaluate supplier quality performance metrics and drive for improvement actions that can be implemented to improve supplier performance 编写和评估供应商质量绩效指标，并推动可采取的改进措施，以改善供应商绩效 · Provide monthly supplier quality performance data for review with Supplier and management 提供每月的供应商质量绩效数据，以供供应商和管理层审查 · Conduct periodic Supplier process and quality system audits 进行定期的供应商流程和质量体系审核 · Responsible for the supplier process qualification including sub-tier supplier process 负责供应商流程认证，包括子级供应商流程 · Responsible for the collection of customer feedback and improve the quality after analysis. 负责收集客户反馈并在分析后提高质量。 · Responsible for the inspection standard revision / quality training / monthly quality summary. 负责检验标准的修订/质量培训/每月质量汇总。 · Responsible for the quality documentation record, transfer and storage. 负责质量文件的记录，传输和存储。 |

Bachelor above in Electrical Engineering / Automation 本科以上学历，电气工程或自动化专业 5 + years’ experience in supplier quality management or SQE work experience. 5年以上供应商质量管理或SQE工作经验 At least 3 years experiences in Port Crane or similar Construction Machinery Industry background 至少3年港口起重机或类似工程机械行业背景的经验 Familiar with Siemens\ABB products and soft ware 熟悉Siemens \ ABB产品和软件 Strong problem solving skills 较强的问题解决能力 Good English level in listening, speaking, writing and reading, have ability to lead technical discussion with global cross-function team 良好的英语听说读写能力，能够主导全球跨职能团队的技术讨论 |
