| 工作描述： |
Job Description Be responsible for review and execution of planned purchase orders to assure that operations have the materials needed on time and on budget. Develop sourcing strategies for assigned materials, and components. Responsible for overall supplier performance with respect to cost, quality, delivery, service, and innovation. Identifies optimum suppliers based on project needs taking in a global context. Prepares and evaluates supplier quotations and services to determine most competitive solution based upon total cost of ownership. Leads complex sourcing projects and supplier performance reviews. Main tasks include: - Develop sourcing strategies, carry out market test analysis and benchmarking studies for specific areas, and developing global Polestar supplier base strategically; - Daily purchasing activities with suppliers to ensure supplier performance to be well delivered; - Establish supplier bases for each area defining short & long term sourcing strategies, and aligning with the business; - Perform procurement according to defined strategies and frameworks and negotiate commercial and legal agreements; - Track key performance indicators on supplier and stakeholder contract compliance; define and take corrective actions to improve contracts compliance and continuously track supplier performance on quality and cost; - Coordinate cross functional teams within Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing to secure the deliverable of project. - Initiate and conduct supplier evaluations and supplier audits with cross team. Qualifications - College degree with preference in engineering background; - Minimum of 3 years of experience in domestic sourcing/purchasing, preferably in office furniture industry; - Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages; Good understanding about cost structure, with fact based negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills; - Strong communication skills and fluent in English; - Positive and passionate, nothing is impossible mind-set, good team player; Location Our APAC manufacturing HUB is located in Taicang close to Shanghai. |
