岗位职责：
1. 独立负责应付账款业务，在系统核实采购订单，检查数量差异。在D365系统做发票
Mainly in charge of Trading AP role,verify the product receipt list,cross check the number and amount of PO,frequently discussed with operation and logistics team and sales team for verification.Proceed invoices of accurate PO,check accounting treatment.
2. 按制度严格审核员工提交的请款和报销单。调度好日常现金流，妥善安排付款。
In charge of review the payment request and reimbursement submitted by employees according to the company policy. Manage daily cash flow and arrange payment properly.
3. 按时且准确完成月结。比如，记录在途，清账，调账，和母公司的对账
In charge of complete month-end closing process, for example, book goods in transit for all entities, settle open invoices, adjust journals if any. Prepare Inter-company reconciliation file and discuss with parent company for any unclear.
4. 试算表的月度对账以及KPI 月度报告，提供计提运费底稿给成本组.
Complete Trail Balance reconciliation for all allocated account and KPI reports (Loan &AP reports) and provide freight sheet to costing team.
5. 严格按照外管局规定向母公司支付货款和借款（包含ZCZ,ZTC,ZHK三家entities）需要将发票，合同，报关单匹配，填写银行表格并协助完成延付报告
Familiar with the policy of State Administration of Exchange Control (SAFE). Assist to complete the deferred payment report. Make foreign goods payment(trading payment and loan payment) to parent from ZCZ, ZTC, ZHK, collect purchase orders, invoices, custom declaration forms from all related functions.
6. 准确记录内部管理费底稿，计算税金以及管理费；月度申报增值税及其附加税，季度申报企业所得税，年度汇算清缴等工作。
Prepare monthly management fee sheet, verify the Input VAT. Complete monthly VAT tax filing and Surtax, Quarterly CIT tax filing and annual tax filing in time.
7. 分析分发费用等报表，跟踪相关部门控制或成本。
Analyze department expense report, follow up expense progress tracking.
8. 密切跟踪联络采购和需求部门，管理好供应商的应付。
In charge of Peng personal seal and ZCZ financial chop.
9. 参与审计，积极与审计师进行沟通，提供审计师需要的资料。
Support Audit and answer auditor’s questions.
岗位要求：
1. 会计专业本科以上学历
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting
2. 两年以上制造业应付账款工作经验
2+ years as AP accountant accountant in manufacturing company
3. 较强的Excel和数据库技能，熟悉ERP操作系统，有AX系统经验优先
Strong Excel and database skills, Large ERP Software experience, Microsoft AX system preferred
4. 较强的分析和解决问题能力，较强的沟通和组织技能，能独立完成本职工作和较高团队合作精神
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and organizational skills, team player and have ability to work independently
5. 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力，包括与公司各级人员有效沟通的能力
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
6. 能承受压力，工作努力，积极主动，诚实可靠
Resistant to pressure and stress, hardworking, proactive, and honest.
