1)Devices Installation安装设备
Installs and implements devices and equipments
在工厂安装设备并运行
Check and accept new / transferred production equipment
2)Technical Issue Analysis技术问题分析
Analyzes failures and technical problems, evaluates the extend of the technical problem, defines (also with respect to economical considerations) repair or exchange of parts/systems
分析失败和技术问题；评估技术问题的范围；确定是否（在考虑到成本的同时）修理或更换零部件/系统
3)Equipments Maintenance维护维修设备
Repairs devices and machines, carries out equipment servicing and maintenance; (internal/external)
维修设备、机器和备件, 开展对设备内外部的维护
Checks performance data of repaired or maintained equipment, and sets it in operation
检查已修理或维护设备的性能数据，并在操作时予以设置
Troubleshoots and repairs equipment utilizing drawings, manuals, equipment history, and tools as required and provides input on preventive / predictive maintenance tasks to process and design engineers as needed
按要求使用图纸、手册、设备历史记录和工具排除故障和修理设备，并根据需要向工艺或设计工程师提供关于预防性维护任务的建议
Documentation of equipment key figures, down time, availability, spare part costs, preventive maintenance plan etc.编制设备关键数据，停机，可用率，备件成本，维护计划等
Management of line equipment and spare parts管理设备和备件
TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation实施TPM
4)Safety Rules Compliance遵守安全标准
Checks thoroughly all machines, devices, systems, installations and structural changes in order to ensure that all statuary safety rules are observed

5)Continuous Improvement持续改进
Provides input to improve methods for optimizing processes for equipment

Improves Manufacturing Engineering competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

6)People Development员工发展
Shares experience and knowledge with junior team members

▪ Management, guidance and training of technicians for equipment
Assists manager in leading and developing the team

Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented (Applicable when have direct reports)

1)Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
大专/本科或以上学历，电子或机械工程背景优先。
2)8+ years of experience in Automotive system, Familiar with TS16949 and Lean production tools, such as TPM，5s etc.
8年以上汽车行业工作经验，熟悉TS16949质量体系、TPM,5S等。
3)3+ Years of experience in Maintenance Management(repair, maintenance, TPM, Spare part).
3年以上维护管理经验
4)Strong equipment knowledge
较强的设备知识
5)Strong Leadership and problems solving skill. Be able to work under stress. Good team player。
卓越的领导力及解决问题的能力。具有团队精神及抗压性。 |
