| 工作描述： |
• To ensure timely and safe delivery of all purchases orders within the set cost. • 在预算范围内保证所有供应商订单交货的及时性和安全性。 • To support CSA team deliver parts to customers or appointed place on time without additional cost happened. • 支持客户服务团队准时交付，且没有任何额外费用的产生。 • To join in develop and implement supply chain strategy and policies in line with the overall business strategy and objectives. • 参与制定并实施供应链战略和政策的整体业务战略和目标。 • To lead continuously improve and develop logistics operational process to increase the efficiency and save cost. • 领导物流团队不断改善和优化物流业务流程以提高效率和节省成本。 • To coordinate with engineering, production and sales as well as other related teams to reduce the slow-moving and phase-in/out items. • 与工程、生产、销售等其它职能部门紧密合作，加强团队合作,减少呆滞物料库存量 • To ensure warehouse operation and inventory management in compliance with Finance procedure, supply chain strategies, company and customer standards. • 确保仓库及库存有效管理，符合财务程序，供应链战略管理及客户标准 • To support CSA team manage products SOP and EOP, reduce and avoid the premium freight cost happened and obsolete materials generated. • 支持客服团队加强产品的量产和寿命结束的管理，减少或避免超额运费和呆滞物料的产生。 • To reduce the damage rate in warehouse and transportation operations by actively prevention plan. • 通过积极的预防方案以达到降低在库和运输操作中的材料损坏率。 • To define, measure and review key performance indicators on a regular basis and to define corrective and/or preventive actions when needed. • 定义、考量和定期审查关键性能指标,定义必要的纠正和/或预防措施。 • To maintain a good relationship with internal and external customers including customer, suppliers, customs officers, customs agent, forward and etc. • 与客户相关人员、政府机构、报关行、物流公司等内外部保持良好的沟通关系 • Other work that General manager arranged • 领导安排的其他工作 |
