This role will act as a capable learning specialist and handle learning related activities, project tasks and company activities to drive learning practice to meet increasing talent development needs of TRUMPF China. 1.Learning Arrangement: -Organize training courses and activities (pre-communication and logistic arrange); -arrange external public trainings, -manage oversea training; -deliver new hire orientation training and improve new hire orientation system; -manage the language training 2. Learning System: -Support to do internal marketing for Workday Learning; matain E-learning data; -manage EHS learning platform 3.Learning Projects: -Support to develop internal trainers and trainings -Support on ongoing HR projects 4.Activities: -Organize employee activities which support on company culture -Enrich Wechat weekly employee information 5. Yearly tasks: -Responsible for Employee survey implementation and follow up -Update qualification matrix yearly 6. Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. |

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in pedagogy, human resource or related 2.0 – 3 year in training, activity field 3.Good Presentation skill, PowerPoint, Excel skill (facilitation skill is a plus) 4.Good interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and interact with other people in a constructive and collaborative manner (sense of stakeholder management)Have administrative know-how related to training or activity delivery (organizational and administrative talent) 5.Chinese native speaker. Chinese native speaker. English is capable in daily working environmentin including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 6.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit 7.Ability to continuously learn 8.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. |
