Implements regional strategy and opportunity plan in the territory in order to maintain and improve the competitive position of company.
Verify new opportunity and Manages CRM in order to develop more business opportunities within assigned area.
Develops and maintains good relationship with customers, and directly involve in key person in customer relationship in order to build more positive business environment.
Work out solution with TCC and Quotes to customers.
Collects market and sales information required, updates and manages CRM, ensures the quality of information in order to support business analysis and strategy development.
Directs customer to develop system solutions tailored to customer needs in order to maximize the competitiveness of the solution.
Coordinate production plan with order management to fulfill customer's delivery requirements.
Coordinate with customer service and TCC department to solve debugging problems and customer complaints.
