| 工作描述： | 1. Assist in ensuring compliance of all accounting transactions and activities of the organization in accordance with appropriate global accounting standards (policies, processes and procedures). 2. Comply with the annual auditing requirements for statutory financial reports. 3. Responsible for expenses reimbursement process, and correctly accrue expensed at month end. 4. Monitor the vendor payment on time according to the contract or agreement and apply the vendor payment on time. 5. Prepare expense related reports to management. 6. Complete monthly balance sheet accounts recon. 7. Responsible for renewing Expense payable SOP and WI manual. 8. Assist in key tax projects, including but not limited to TP, Hi-tech, R&D super deduction, annual CIT filing. 9. Work with tax team and ensure invoice validation is done in a timely and accurate manner. 10. Complete monthly VAT refund. 11. Complete HK & Korea FP&A month end include loading and other reports. |

| 其它要求： | 1. 2+ years solid working experience in multinational company with a good understanding of finance function areas of tax, AP, and general ledger.2年以上外企会计工作经验，熟悉税务、应付、总账分类。 2. Familiar with finance software and Oracle experience is preferred. 熟悉财务软件，熟悉Oracle尤佳。 3. Be familiar with the tax regulations.熟悉税务相关法律法规。 4. Good with numbers, can analyze, think strategically and has interdisciplinary skills.良好的数据分析能力。 5. Good English skills verbal and writing.良好的英语沟通。 6. Excellent skill with Microsoft Office, MS Excel, PPT, etc.熟练使用微软办公软件，如Excel\PPT. 7. Effective communication and inter-personal skill.良好的沟通及人际交往能力。 此岗位为临时性岗位，服务期6个月，期满终止！实习生可以实习至毕业！ |
