Mobility is the goal
– Provide payroll service (monthly payroll incl. pays slips, taxation, social insurance) for business sectors; ensure the delivery of high-quality payroll services; 向事业部门提供高质量的付薪服务(包括工资计算,工资单发放,个人所得税申报和缴纳,社会保险管理);
– Maintain payroll data in system, and check PA/OM data (e.g. cost center, job code), ensure data accuracy; 维护人事系统中的薪酬数据,并检查其他人事及组织架构信息(如成本中心,职位代码等),确保系统数据的准确性;
– Monitor vendor service on social benefit/p-filing, work with FESCO (or other agent) for social benefit or filing service; 监督人事代理服务商的服务质量,与代理商共同合作确保社会保险/档案管理服务的质量;
– Coordinate on group premium, act as contact person between Schindler and insurance company to provide better service to employees (incl. provides employee data, follow employee medical reimbursement issues); 协调商业保险事宜,作为迅达和保险公司的沟通桥梁为员工提供商业保险服务(包括提供员工加减保信息,跟踪员工的医疗保险事宜);
– Support HR e-project leader to complete global HRMS project related to payroll module; 支持人力资源信息系统项目主管完成各类信息系统相关的项目,尤其和薪资有关的模块;
– Coordinate with Regional HR to ensure 100% compliance with policies/process and laws/regulations responsible for internal/external audit regarding C&B and payroll activities; 同区域人力资源协作,确保员工薪酬相关的活动符合流程制度及法律法规,确保薪酬相关事宜符合内部/外部审计要求;
– Support C&B Manager on salary survey (providing survey data)/annual incentive (collect bonus data)/salary increase (prepare letter, update salary data, etc.); 协助薪酬福利经理进行薪酬调研(提供调研数据),年终奖金计算(收集奖金数据)和年度调薪(准备调薪信,更新工资数据等);
– Act as contact person to provide consultant services to Biz HR/line mgrs/employees regarding payroll, insurance and C&B related issues, communicate and explain internal policies/process and external laws and regulation.; 为事业部经理,人力资源同事,员工提供工资,保险及其他薪酬福利相关咨询服务,沟通及解释公司内部政策及流程,外部法律法规等;
– HR data analysis and ad hoc reporting; 提供薪酬/人事数据分析和各类报表;
– Other ad hoc project support (Job grading, HR alignment, etc.); 支持其他人力资源相关项目 (如职级项目,人力资源整合项目,等);

Mobility needs you
– Bachelor’s degree and equivalent. 大学本科以上学历
– At least 6 years C&B/Payroll related working experience. 至少6年 薪酬福利/薪酬相关工作经验。
– Good at logical thinking; 良好的逻辑思维能力;
– Careful, and with attention to details; 仔细并注重细节;
– Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and communication skill; 良好的人际技巧,较强的自我激励以及沟通技巧;
– Good team player in an international environment; 适应国际化的工作环境,具备良好的团队协作精神;
– Be Familiar with PC application and Excel Skill; 熟练的电脑操作技能和Excel技能;
– Good English; 流利的英语;
