Job summary and key objectives/ 岗位描述
Quality Planning
- Create quality standards for the IQC, IPQC and OQC processes
- Implement quality planning for the new product introduction
- Create quality standards for the suppliers
Supplier quality management (SQM):
- Monitor and analyze the supplier quality status incl. vendor complaint, audit supplier and other activities to maintain and improve supplier quality performance according to the factory requirements
- Supplier qualification incl. organize supplier audit, etc.
- Material qualification incl. evaluate the first sample & report, etc.
Process and Output quality management (IPQM and OQM):
- Monitor and analyze the production quality status incl. in-line, out-line quality issues such as by using different proper quality tools such as Ishikawa diagram, Pareto analysis, etc.
- Coordinate the improvement and regular review with the quality team;
- Supervision of measuring and testing equipment management
- Implement the product audit to identify the product conformity and improvements
Customer quality management (CQM)
- Handling customer complaints
- Create 4D/8D report and coach different department to implement the proper actions
Quality Management System (QMS)
- Take part in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the QMS .
- Maintain quality procedures and documents, and necessary training to be conducted.
- Support to build robust process quality and continually improve the current process to meet customer expectations and reduce comprehensive quality cost.
- Organize and establish internal audit and follow-up to create actions and improvements
Continue Improvement (CI)
- be active and motivated as assistant team leader of Kaizen group and continue to contribute valued suggestions and motivate the team member.
- maintain and keep the improved condition as standard
5S, Safety, Hygiene & Environment
- Coaching and Supervision of SOS (6S) implementation
Fulfill the other tasks assigned by the manager.

Education & Work experience/ 学历与工作经验
- More than 5 years’ quality engineer experience in machinery manufacturing involved all aspects of quality management in the enterprise.
- Expert of ISO9001 Quality Management System, with rich experience in the audit system, familiar with the ITAF 16949 and ISO13485 preferred
- Proficient in the establishing, implementing and monitoring of standardized procedures
- Master in supplier quality management, effectively identify the suppliers’ quality control capability.
- Have rich experience in personnel management, and allocate inspectors to different procedures efficiently and lean.
- Know well about various quality tools and put them into error analysis, correction, prevention and continuous improvement, familiar with APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP preferred.
- Be skilled in maintaining a good relationship with customers, with rich experience in handling external quality problems.
- Good at CI improvement, have rich experience in enterprise improvement.
- Good at communication and motivating staff.
- Communicate with the foreign technicians for in-depth technical exchanges fluently
