Job summary and key objectives/ 岗位描述
Review engineering and manufacturing specifications to identify materials needed for product assembly for all manufactured goods
review, support, and coach creating the technical standards and requirements for the suppliers with technical department
Develop and qualify the best vendors to supply materials needed for manufacturing process
Conduct supplier quality system, process or product audits on a regular basis to ensure vendors and their supplies remain in compliance with company and national manufacturing and production standards
Managing and driving the supplier PPAP process
Handling and manage the vendor quality issues incl. create and monitor the vendor complaints, followup the actions etc.
Manage, monitor analyze and maintain a supplier database and include performance evaluations and quality audits in the database for in-house access by company and manufacturing management personnel
Join and support the material qualification process incl. evaluate the supplier first sample & report, etc.
Contact vendors and liaise between product engineers, manufacturing personnel and suppliers to negotiate contracts to secure required materials for the production floor
Communicate with vendors regularly to address any concerns and foster an environment that facilitates continual improvement in working relationships
Understand and interpret all manufacturing audits, including ISO 9001 / 16949/13485 and other industry standards
Assist with logistics, including communications with vendors when there are packaging and receiving issues when materials arrive at receiving dock
Fulfill the other tasks assigned by the manager.

Education & Work experience/ 学历与工作经验
- More than 3 years’ quality engineer experience in machinery manufacturing involved all aspects of quality management in the enterprise.
- Expert of ISO9001 Quality Management System, with rich experience in the audit system, familiar with the ITAF 16949 and ISO13485 preferred
- Proficient in the establishing, implementing and monitoring of standardized procedures
- Master in supplier quality management, effectively identify the suppliers’ quality control capability.
- Have rich experience in personnel management, and allocate inspectors to different procedures efficiently and lean.
- Know well about various quality tools and put them into error analysis, correction, prevention and continuous improvement, familiar with APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP preferred.
- Be skilled in maintaining a good relationship with customers, with rich experience in handling external quality problems.
- Good at CI improvement, have rich experience in enterprise improvement.
- Communicate with the foreign technicians for in-depth technical exchanges fluently
