MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as the management representative to develop, maintain, implement and make continuous improvement of quality system and group policy (TS 16949/ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001…)
• Oversees the effective documentation and implementation of the QEHS system to assure compliance with customer and group policy while organizing and leading relevant audit such as internal audit, management review, customer audit, CCC, VDA6.3, VDA6.5 and other visits etc., following up and verifying the action plans to be closed as expected.
• Ensure the quality target set(not only for department, also for all quality network), controlled and achieved as expected according to QEHS policy, customer requirement as well as group objectives and targets breaking down.
• Communicates with customer, regulatory and organizational requirements to assure product quality, compliance and customer satisfaction. By using 8D and other tools to solve the customer concern and claim.
• New project quality management: Includes new project APQP process management and progress control, quality gate control, launch quality management, PPAP submission and customer approval, and new project process audit etc.
• Process quality control: includes line process quality control, setting up product inspection standard, engineering and process change management, PFMEA, 8D, SPC, quality cost control, quality reporting, test lab, equipment and tools management(MSA) etc.
• Collaborates with Purchasing on the development and implementation of a supplier management strategy, Assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier quality to ensure desired levels of performance.
• Define and deploy the plant quality budget( to all quality network),monitor progress and respect it.
• Coach and train the plant quality team and other relevant personnel on quality tools &processes to assure the having accurate skills, and develop the plant quality organization in conformity with Autoneum spirit.
• Human resource management.
• All other duties assigned by superior and group line leadership

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
• University graduated with major in engineering, management, quality and relatives;
• 8 years experiences on quality operation of a manufacturing plant and at least 5 years quality management level in automotive industry.
• Experience on TS 16949 and ISO9000 with internal auditor qualification and knowledge of APQP,FMEA, MSA,SPC, PPAP,8D,CCC,VDA 6.3/6.5 etc.
• Ability to deal with customer claim and ability to accomplish tasks cross functionally. The ability to represent the Company to the customer to help resolve issues
• Negotiation skills to resolve difficult or complicated situations.
• Analytical skills to evaluate and develop innovative solutions to complex situations, applying knowledge of specialty area and use sound judgment.
• Leadership in problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English, verbal and written.
