POSITION SUMMARY
Research and develop assembly and auxiliary processes, improve and service the production line, establish the manufacturing engineering standard to get new products SOP, improve product quality and production effectiveness continuously thru analytical approach, and reduce the production cost.
Develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications, safety requirements and quality standards.
Recommends and implements improvements to processes, methods and controls and product design. Ensure safe working practices are designed into all processes.
Interacts with all levels of the organization as a team to produce and be accountable for desired results.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Should have the 2~3 years working experience in the assembly line of auto plant
Should have IATF16949 quality knowledge
Should have the working experience of on-site supporting, running machines for problem solving and process improvement
Should have PLC debug work experience
Be responsible for the assembly line construction processes, like Process Diagram, PFMEA/Control plan, Layout, Cycle time balancing of each operation and etc.
Be responsible for Project development relate ME function task, follow up PDP(Product Development Process) prepare and validate each MER(Manufacturing Engineering Review) phase.
Be responsible for site safety, health, security and emergency systems awareness.
Consider EHS aspects during new process design, avoid new hazards and sensitive E aspects from the beginning.
Take environment, occupational health and safety into consideration before launching new facility and equipment. 100% finish safety acceptance.
Ensure GSSF&TRIR/LCTR reach yearly target.
Good self-target setting and strong coordinate capability
Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
University or College Graduate with the Major in Mechatronics, Automation and etc. Good knowledge of PLC, HMI programming is preferred.
The position requires at least 2~3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a medium to large scale manufacturing, in automotive industry is preferred
Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control tools (Minitab, SPC, PFMEA, Gauge R&R and etc.) is required
Good Computer skills in office software, AutoCAD, ProE, Solidworks or etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English & Mandarin are required. German is a plus.
