Duties and responsibilities职责和责任
• Proceed various import and export tasks in accordance with laws and regulations;
依据法律法规开展各项进出口工作；
• Smoothly communicate with internal departments (such as purchasing, sales, warehouse, finance and so on) regarding with import and export issue;
涉及进出口事务的，与公司内部各部门（如采购，销售，仓库，财务等）保持良好的沟通；
• Be responsible to prepare related documents of customs declaration;
负责准备报关所需资料；
• Ensure all the related records to customs must be accurate and truthful;
确保涉及海关业务的所有信息正确和真实；
• Maintain and achieve all related documents for importing and exporting business according to company policy, such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bulls of lading etc.;
根据公司管理规定保管好进出口业务相关的所有文件，例如预出货通知单，签收单，提单等；
• Be responsible to update shipment schedule in customs declaration stage;
负责货物在清关阶段的交期更新；
• Be responsible to update customs policy to management, and implement accordingly;
负责向管理层更新海关政策，并落实相关政策；
• Be responsible for verification, approval and settlement of relevant freight charges;
负责核实、报批、结算相关运费；
• Be in charge of customs related fee application, keeping in record, monthly cost report;
主管清关相关费用的申请，登记和制定每月成本报表；
• Maintain the relationship with logistic suppliers, promote qualified suppliers for customs declaration and logistic;
物流供应商维护，有资质报关业务供应商和物流公司的推荐；
• Other tasks which is related to customs issue, import and export issue.
其他交办的与报关工作相关的，与进出口相关的工作。
Qualifications资质
• Proven Import/Export experience
具有进出口操作经验
• Experience in Import/ Export of bonded area and goods.
保税区货物相关进出口经验
• MS Office proficiency
熟练运用办公软件
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
信息录入，检索和分析的能力
• Strong sense of responsibility, careful and innovative thinking
责任心强、细心、创新性思维力度较强
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin and interpersonal skills
优秀的英语和普通话沟通能力和人际关系技巧
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration knowledge
本科毕业的物流，供应链管理或者企业管理知识
