工作内容 Work Contents
1.Building a supply chain team and also develop KPI for the supply chain function.
建立供应链团队，负责部门流程及工作标准的制定和完善；
2.Fully responsible for the management of suppliers, including the establishment and improvement of supplier management evaluation system;
全面负责供应商的管理工作，包括供应商管理评价系统的建立与完善；
3.Identify and help assess potential new suppliers of raw materials, finished goods service company.
识别并帮助评估原材料、成品服务公司的潜在新供应商。
4.Responsible for the quality, timeliness and cost of purchasing work;
全面主持采购工作，对采购工作的质量、时效、成本负责；
5.Responsible for supply chain budget, cost control, reduce product, logistics, inventory costs;
负责供应链预算、费用的控制，降低产品、物流、库存成本；
6.Comprehensive management and hosted the coordination and communication between departments;
负责与主持跨部门间的协调与沟通工作；
7.Assist with inventory management efforts such as evaluating inventory systems and tools for improved accuracy and efficiency.
协助库存管理工作，如评估库存系统和工具，以提高准确性和效率。
8.Training and coaching to the team members.
对团队成员进行培训和指导。
9.Lead or assist with supply chain projects and initiatives as required.
根据领导需要或协助供应链项目和计划。
10.Comply with safety and corporate guidelines on business ethics.
遵守安全和公司的商业道德准则。
11.All other duties requested by the company management, employee handbook and supervisor.
公司管理层、员工手册和上级主管安排的其他内容。

| 其它要求： |
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English & Mandarin;
熟练的英语和普通话说、读、写能力;
Bachelor’s degree（or above） in Supply Chain, Project Management, Procurement, Business, or related field;
供应链、项目管理、采购、商务等相关专业本科及以上;
Deep knowledge of supply chain.
对供应链有深入的了解。
Experience working with a manufacturing company, in foreign owned company (European/American).
有在外资(欧美)制造企业工作的经验。
Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
熟练使用办公软件。
Strong problem solving, analytic, negotiation, project management and people skills are a must;
较强的问题解决能力、分析能力、谈判能力、项目管理能力和人际交往能力;
High attention to detail.
高度关注细节。
