| 工作描述： |
1、 根据生产计划和供应商交货周期下单；
Release purchase order according to production plan and supplier lead time.
2、 根据生产计划计划，每周更新供应商送货状态；
Weekly update the delivery schedule according to production plan.
3、 每天跟踪来料状态，如有缺料，第一时间快速处理，若无法解决，及时通知采购经理和相关部门；
Daily follow up the material incoming status, 1st window dealing with the shortage. Announce the missing parts to manager and related departments in advance if can not solve.
4、 与仓库、生产、质量、财务等部门紧密合作；
Closely work with warehouse,production,quality and finance etc.
5、 月度处理供应商退货；
Supplier nonconformance parts return management monthly.
6、 量产阶段月度对账和请款，以及协助上级领导处理项目阶段的对账和请款。
Monthly amount checking and payment apply during SOP stage, assist supervisor to deal the Project phase amount check and payment apply.
7、 跟踪供应商交货及时性，年度评估；
Follow up suppliers OTD performance ,yearly evaluate.
8、 及时做到系统更新，保证系统数据时效性；
Maintain system in time to make sure all the data refresh.
9、 进口物流和报关管理。
Import logistic and declaration management.
10、 协助上级处理采购部报表工作。
Assist supervisor to deal the PUR report related work.
11、 如工作需要可执行上级领导安排的其它日常任务。
Any other daily assignment from supervisor.

| 技能资质： |
1) 物流、国际贸易或英语等相关专业； Bachelor’s degree with major in Logistic/International Trade/English and other areas. 2) 两年以上物料计划控制工作经验；同时若有1年的sourcing经验优先考虑； More than 2 years working experientce as Material Planning & Control. Meanwhile preferred the one year sourcing experience. 3) 书面英语能力较好，能口语交流； Good knowledge of written and spoken English. 4) 能熟练应用办公软件应用于汇报和报告； Good knowledge of Microsoft office effected to the summary and report scope. 5) 对贸易、货款、运输、海关、采购等相关知识，均有了解； Good knowledge in international trade & trade terms,transportation & distribution,customs issues,purchasing. 6) 如有ERP系统使用经验更好。 Knowledge of ERP systerm is preferred. 7) 有一定的抗压性，能主动适应压力下的工作安排。 Good pressure resistance, Ability to adapt to work schedule under pressure |
