Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Department: Plant Quality
Report to: Director / Head of Plant Quality
1. Responsible for collecting and analyzing quality related data, make the weekly quality report, track the implementation status of quality objectives, and analyze the top failures
2. Responsible for making monthly reports, such as Q-report, Q-Offensive report etc. according to monthly customer complaint and process quality status.
3. Responsible for Making and revising the quality inspection specification and quality alarm; inspection plan maintenance in SAP QM module.
4. Responsible for handling with the failure parts in process and outgoing inspection, make the treatment suggestions with team members, follow up the action implementation.
5. Responsible for preparing the related documentation for the new line release, such as PFMEA, Gauge R&R etc.
6. Responsible for task arrangement and bonus evaluation of inspectors; quality related training for inspectors and operators.
7. Responsible for driving the Electronic team member to continuously improve the quality.
8. Responsible for PPAP documents preparation of new project, leading the PFMEA and Control Plan discussion and upload the documents to PLM.
9. Responsible for change request status following and pushing internal Electronics Department.
10. Lead the team to regularly do some Lean & EVEREST project every year of quality related topics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
Familiar with quality 7 tools, especially FMEA, SPC, MSA, 6 sigma project experiences will be an asset.
Good at data analysis and report writing; familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP, PLM and RQM system.
Excellent teamwork cooperative awareness and problem-solving ability.
Good skills both for Oral and Written English.
Good communication Skill. |
