Department: Production Radiant Heating Elements
Reports to: IE supervisor
Job Title: Process Engineer (IE)
Job Summary:
Responsible for Product Technology and Process Improvement in the production lines.
Tasks:
1. Responsible for time study in the department, use REFA and MTM methodology to improve the production lines' efficiency;
2. Responsible for process routing maintenance in SAP for existing and new HiLight products.
3. New products introduction and process implementation & monitoring in the production lines.
4. Responsible for BOM maintenance. Follow up BOM creation in SAP system.
5. Responsible for solving products technical issue for the customers.
6. Responsible for work instructions. Update existing work instructions, create new work instructions for technicians and operators using at HiLight production lines.
7. Using Lean production tools to do CIP for the production, such as VSM/VSD, line balance, SMED and so on.
Requirements:
Personal attributes:
1. Fresh graduate or around one years working experience on related job;
2. Good experience in application of Lean production system and tooling, fluent in project management, 6 sigma project experience will be an asset;
3 Fluent in application of SPC, PCP (Process Control Plan), FMEA etc.;
4. Self-driving, hands on mentality and good sense to find problem and potential improvement areas will be preferred;
