1. Support quality manager to process quality control and meet quality target;
2. Transfer customer's voice and requirement to internal, and evaluate the ability and risk;
3. Prepare related documents which customer need, such as PPAP;
4. Handle customer complaint, and trace the effectiveness;
5. Participate and support customer audit;

5. Be familiar with 5 quality Tools, include APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA;
6. Experience in customer complaints handling, and customer returns investigation and 8D report.
