职位概要 Summary 在产品报价阶段提供新产品所需要的包装成本；按照客户要求，设计新产品的包装方案,设计产品所需的产品标签与发货标签,样品发货所需包材的采购申请；产品初次发货时，现场包装支持与培训；量产包装方案改善与优化，所有项目的包材物料清单/包装/标签WI制作与后续的更新；部门内所需的项目紧急支持 To provide new product packaging costs in the product quotation phase. According to customer requirements, design new product packaging plan, design the product labels and shipping labels, product packaging materials purchasing request; site packing support and training; production package plan to improve and optimize, all items of the package material bill / packing / label WI production and follow-up update. 职责 Responsibilities 1. 产品报价阶段：确认新客户的包装/运输/以及产品的结构与表面要求，确认产品所需的包装成本评估，并设计初步包装方案，以及根据产品预测量，计算包材投资预算。 Product quotation phase: confirm the new customer's packaging / shipping / product structure and surface requirements, confirm the product packaging cost evaluation, design the preliminary package plan, and according to the product forecast, calculate the investment budget 2. 根据客户提供的包装&运输及产品本身要求，设计包装方案并与客户确认批准。 According to the customer's packaging & Transportation & product requirements, design the package plan and confirm with customer. 3. 依照客户标签要求，设计并制定合格的产品与发货标签， 并培训操作员以及制定作业指导书 To design and develop qualified products and shipping labels according to customer's requirements, and to train operators and to develop work instruction. 4. 按照技术部样品定单，申请采购产品所需的周转与发货包材。 In accordance with the technical department sample orders, to apply for the purchase of goods and materials required for the delivery of goods. 5. 产品初次发货的现场确认，验证包装是否安全，重要产品需做安全/堆压与运输测试。产品包装时操作方法做现场培训。 The site of the first delivery of the product to verify that the packaging is safe, important products need to do security / heap pressure and transport test. Product packaging operation method to do on-site training. 6. 量产后的产品，如果发生客户包装的方案需要过程变更，需要重新修订包装方案，执行内部ECR流程；通过包装方案上的不断改善，最终实现降低包材采购的成本。After the production of the product, if the customer packaging of the program requires the process of change, the need to re amend the packaging program, the implementation of the internal ECR process, through the continuous improvement of the packaging program, and ultimately reduce the cost of procurement of materials. 7. 样品制作完成后，制定产品物料中的包材用量清单以及现场包装作业指导书的下发工作。 After the sample is made, make use of the material quantity list of the product material and the work of the packing operation instruction. 8. 除包装职责外，根据部门内部所需，支持其它项目过程运作。 In addition to the packaging functions, according to the Department within the required to support other project process operation. 任职资格Post qualification (★强制要求Mandatory requirement ◆首选要求Preferred requirement ) 1. 学历 Education Background ★大专学历 College degree 2. 专业 Major ★包装与物流相关专业 ,或金属加工或机械制造专业 Packaging and logistics related professional, or metal processing or mechanical manufacturing 3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills ★熟悉包装行业中各种包材的使用性能以及成本 Familiar with the performance and cost of various kinds of packaging materials in the packaging industry ★能够熟练使用Auto CAD和Office 软件，至少精通一种3D设计软件，如UG， Pro E或Solid Work。 Proficiency in the use of CAD Auto and Office software, at least one kind of 3D design software, such as UG, E Pro or Work Solid ★熟悉包装行业中的各种包材的功能性测试，以及包装后的安全测试 Familiar with the functional testing of all kinds of packages in the packaging industry, as well as the safety testing of the package. ★优秀的沟通和协调能力。 Excellent communication and coordination abilities 4. 经验 Experience ★3年以上产品包装设计工作经验。 Over 3 years experience in package design. 5. 语言 Language ★大学英语3级，良好的英语书面表达能力。 PET 3rd, good oral and written English. 6. 个人素质 Personality ★有强烈的责任心；具备优秀的团队管理能力和团队合作精神；能在压力下工作；工作态度积极、高效；有创造性思维，能够解决复杂问题。 Have a strong sense of responsibilities; excellent capability of team management and a good team player; be able to work under pressure; proactive working attitude with high efficiency, be able to solve complicated problems. |
