职位概要
Summary
主要负责薪酬，包括工资计算、四金计算和缴纳、个人所得税申报，考勤系统的维护，合同和员工档案管理，特殊工时申请等工作。
职责
Responsibilities
1.所有员工工资计算，申报个人所得税。
Calculate all employees’ salary and declare individual income tax.
2.办理录用、退工手续和四金申报、缴纳。核算社保和公积金基数。
Handle formalities of employ and dismissal, and social insurance and housing fund declare and payment. Calculate basic data of social insurance and housing fund.
3.维护考勤系统和员工信息系统，确保系统运行正常，每月计算工时。
Maintain attendance &absence system and employee information system, and ensure their normal running. Every month calculate working time.
4.合同准备、签订和更改。员工档案管理。
Be responsible for contract preparation, signing and revision. Manage employee files.
5.申请特殊工时。
Apply for special working time.

★大专学历 College degree
◆本科学历及以上 Bachelor degree and above

3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills
★掌握薪酬模块的基本专业知识，熟悉工作流程。
Grasp basic professional knowledge of C&B, and be familiar with the working procedure.
★熟悉劳动合同法。
Be familiar with labor contract law.
★熟悉办理录用、退工手续，四金计算和缴纳，个人所得税计算和缴纳，以及申请特殊工时。
Be familiar with employ and dismissal formalities, social insurance &housing fund calculation and payment, calculation and payment of individual tax income, special working time application.
4. 经验 Experience
★2年以上薪酬专员工作经验。
Over 2 year experience as C&B specialist
5. 语言 Language
★英语3级，具备良好的书面表达能力。
PET3, good written English
6. 个人素质 Personality
★具备强烈的责任心，优秀的沟通、协调能力，具备团队合作精神，能在压力下工作，工作态度积极，能够高效率地工作。
Have a strong sense of responsibilities; excellent communication and coordination skill; team player; be able to work under pressure; proactive and high efficient; have the capability of innovation. |
