1. Manage the team to develop electrical control system of Fibler Lasers, including electrical and electronics development to meet project techinical, cost and timeline requirement
2. Implement cost engineering and cost down actions from electrical engineering side
3. Product improvement plan / action to achieve best customer satisfactory
4. Work with other project stakeholders to achieve team targets
5. Support to complete other tasks assigned from the immediate supervisor per business requirement. |

1. Education: Batchler degree or above
2. Major: Electrical Automation/Information Engineering
3. Experience:5+ years with industrial electrical/electronics product developing and at least 2 years of R&D team management experience
4. Knowledge and skills: Excellent development concept on electrical automation systems; Be familiar with world wide product compliance requirement, design rules and knowhow to meet the requirement from design; Stratage thinking, flexible to change; Good team spirit and leadership skills; Very good at electrical and electronics designing; Embedded / PC software development skills prefered; Excellent at problem discovering and resolving; Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
5. Other: Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct and other guidelines of TRUMPF China |
