Function Objective 工作目标：
1)Carry out relevant mechatronics activities, responsible for motor/ drive unit and ECU application in development projects – and series production.
开展机电一体化相关活动, 负责电动驱动装置和ECU开发项目及生产。
Function Responsibilities 岗位职责
1)To communicate with customers about technical requirements and standards，
负责与客户沟通有关技术要求及标准。
2)To understand and evaluate the technical requirements from the customers for mechatronics related.
正确理解、评估客户的技术要求。
3)Responsible for transferring the customer's technical requirements clearly and completely to team related.
负责将客户的技术要求明确完整的传递给相关团队。
4)Supervise the suppliers to finish related requirement in accordance with project schedule.
监督供应商按照项目计划完成要求。
5)To provide technical support regarding mechatronics for the different project teams. (Sales/ Purchasing Engineering unit/ Plant/ Quality)
对不同的项目团队提供机电一体化方面的技术支持。（销售/采购/工程/工厂/质量）
6)To analyze the existing problems of the mechatronics components independently, and provide appropriate solution.
独立分析电子电器部件存在的问题并给出相应的解决方案。
7)Any other works assigned by supervisors.
上级指定的其他任何工作。 |

Above Bachelor's degree with relevant mechatronics
本科以上，机械电子相关背景。
3 year+ experience in automotive systems, Motor/ Drive system and ECU application.
汽车配件行业3年以上工作经验，电机/驱动系统和ECU应用。
Be familiar with the standard of electrical and electronic components in automotive systems.
熟悉汽车行业的电子电器标准。
Have basic knowledge of EMC, and understand the testing process and requirement of EMC.5
具有基本的EMC知识，了解EMC.5的测试流程及要求。
Have basic knowledge of Noise/Vibration, and understanding/experience measurement & analysis process.
具备噪声/振动的基本知识，具有对测量和分析处理的了解/经验。
Have experience for DAQ system, Oscilloscope operating and other measurement device
有DAQ系统、示波器操作和其他测量装置经验。
