| 工作描述： |
1. To be order desk for TRUMPF Asia spare part hub and receive order demands from TRUMPF subsidiaries in Asia, including China; Korea; Japan; and other countries or districts.
2. Create and maintain SAP orders by following up with the requests from Asia subsidiaries. Feed back order lead time info to requestors and issue delivery to orders on time.
3. Implement other commercial tasks after orders are delivered, including billing; invoicing and consulting.
4. Work closely with 3pl logistics service provider to accomplish tasks of material export and import through Asia spare part hub, the bonded warehouse.
5. Support TRUMPF headquarter with controlling and managing tasks to Asia spare part hub, especially about the order efficiency of the hub.
6. Generate KPIs or business reports for TRUMPF Asia spare part hub regularly.

1. Academic Background: Bachelor or associate bachelor degree with university or college education 大学本科或专科
2. Which major preferred: Business/ international trade/logistics 商务/国际贸易/物流管理
3. Working experience: with 2～3 years' working experiences; 2-3年相关工作经验
4. Knowledge and skills: International & domestic trade; logistics; customer service; EXCEL & SAP knowledge 国际国内贸易知识；物流管理知识；客户服务技能；EXCLE 和SAP系统相关知识。
5. Language: Good English: reading and writing, English test CET 4 above. Capable of speak in Korean or Japanese will be big plus. 良好的英语能力：英语CET4级水平以上。会使用韩语或日语沟通者优先。
