岗位职责：
1.Participate in project management of APQP, to recognize potential quality risk and push the team to work out the preventive action. 参与APQP项目管理，识别潜在的质量风险和推动团队制定预防措施。
2.Be responsible for new product development quality assurance scheme.负责新产品开发质量保证方案。
3. Be responsible for Production Quality Assurance Planning for new or relocation projects, new/engineering changed products and ensure continuous. 负责新的或搬迁的项目，新的/工程变更的产品质量保证计划，并确保持续。
4. Be responsible for the preparation of the control plan according to the PFMEA. PFC and so on 依据PFMEA和过程流程图等文件编制控制计划
5. Prepare and submit the PPAP as customer request, and follow up the approval status. 按顾客要求准备并提交PPAP文件，并跟踪批准状态 Be responsible for supplier new program development , review and approve supplier PPAP. 负责对供应商的新项目开发、评审和批准供应商的PPAP。
6. Responsible for the communication of customer product quality issues in the product development phase, focus on the quality issues occur during SOP+90 days, and resolve them with 8D and other quality tools. 负责产品开发阶段客户端产品质量问题沟通，关注SOP+90天内的质量问题，并用8D或其他质量工具解决
7.Support the KAM to finish the customer visit work。Collaborate closely with team member and keep making continuous improvement on quality system. 协助大客户经理进行客户拜访， 与团队成员紧密合作，持续改进质量体系 。
岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or automation related. more than 3 years working experience本科以上学历。 机械工程或自动化相关专业。 3年及以上工作经验，
2. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,GD&T ,8D,etc Quality tools. 熟悉APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA,GD&T ,8D等质量工具
3. Familiar with customer quality requirement, such asQSB,Formal Q; Q1 etc. 熟悉顾客质量要求，如QSB; Formal Q; Q1等 4.Familiar with IATF16949 & ISO14001etc. quality system 熟悉IATF16949 &ISO14001 等质量管理体系
5. Familiar with IMDS sytem 熟悉IMDS系统
6.Good communication skill, cooperative and good senses of responsibility, self-motivated and Can work under high pressure. 良好的沟通能力，合作精神和责任感，自我激励，能在高压下工作。
