Tasks
- Support the Resource Coordinators with capacity planning
- Represent the current capacity planning/utilization at the SMB location and portraying bottlenecks
- Prepare and carrying out requirement/capacity leveling and prioritizing when there are bottlenecks in coordination with the Location Management and the Resource Coordinators as well as with the Global SMB Master Planner network
- Hold regular, close consultations with the customers for determining the plausibility of and prioritizing requirements
Profile
- Good oral and written communication skill in English and Chinese.
- Good computer competence(MS Office, MS Project etc. )
- Strong organizational and planning skills, integrity, preciseness
- Team working
- Bachlor degree or above |
