Job description职位描述：
Assist Quality Executive to maintain and improve QM-systems and coordinate certification of QM-system according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards and customer requirements,
协助质量主管按照ISO 9001, IATF 16949和客户要求，维护和完善公司质量保证体系，并协调公司质保体系的认证工作；
Organize and coordinate cross functions to formulation and update of quality system documents;
组织和协调相关部门建立并维护质量体系文件;
Responsible for the control and promulgation of quality system documents, as well as the collection and archiving of relevant materials and records;
负责质量体系文件的受控和颁布，以及相关资料与记录的收集和归档；
Collect and analyze the performance data of the quality management system;
对质量管理体系运行的绩效数据进行收集和统计分析；
Assist Quality Executive to develop the plan of internal system audit and process audit, and organize the team to carry out the audit, and summary audit report;
协助质量主管制定公司内部体系及过程审核计划，组织小组实施审核。总结审核报告;
Assist Quality Executive to organize external audits of ISO 9001 and IATF16969, contact with quality certification bodies for preparing certification materials, and communicate the matters related to the quality certification.
协助质量主管组织ISO 9001 和IATF16969体系的外部审核, 与质量认证机构进行接洽、沟通，准备认证资料，与质量认证机构联络体系认证事宜；
Assist Quality Executive to organize all departments to discuss and implement customer requirements, coordinating customer audit; Coordinate with related departments to prepare the documents required for OEM customer certification;
协助质量主管组织各部门讨论并推行顾客要求，协调顾客审核事宜; 协调相关部门准备OEM客户认证文件所需文件;
Responsible for follow up the cause analysis and action implementation of non-confirming items of internal audit, external audit and customer audits.
负责跟进内审，外审及客户审核的问题项的原因分析及行动项的实施。
Collect and analyze the issues in quality system, carry out the special improvement items and track the implementation;
负责收集、分析质量管理体系中的问题，制定改进的专项并监督项目的实施；
Review and improvement of various standards related to the work;
修订和完善与本职工作相关的各类规范；
Coordinate quality standards and quality tool training, improve the quality consciousness and quality management ability of all staff;
协调质量标准培训及质量工具等培训, 提升全员质量意识和质量管理能力；
To continue improve quality management system;
持续改进质量管理体系。

Qualifications能力资质要求：
Bachelor degree or above;
大学本科及以上学历;
Be familiar with ISO9001& IATF 16949 quality system, experience of quality system audit and process audit;
熟悉ISO 9001和IATF 16949质量体系，有质量体系审核和过程审核经验;
At least 2 years quality system related working experience in chemical industry or auto parts manufacturing industry;
2年以上化工或汽车零部件制造行业质量体系相关工作经验;
Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA and QC tools (5 Why, 8D, fishbone etc.);
熟悉IATF16949五大手册（APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC）以及QC 工具，如5 why, 8D,鱼骨图等;
Good English in written and oral, CET level 4 or above;
良好的英语听说读写能力。英语四级以上;
Proficient in using PC software.
精通使用电脑软件。
