一、Qualifications任职资格
1.Academic学历：
College degree or above, major in machinery or logistics is preferred
大专及以上学历（机械或物流专业的优先考虑）
2.Experience工作经验:
Over two years’ related experience
两年以上相关工作经验
3.Job Skill工作技能:
a. Able to handle purchase module and material card in ERP system
熟练运用ERP系统的采购模块
b. Able to handle shipping documents for import and export
能够处理进口及出口报关资料
c. Familiar with purchase procedures and able to work under pressure
熟悉采购流程并且有较好的抗压能力
d. Good logical thinking and analytic ability
良好的逻辑思维及分析能力
e. Good communication skills 良好的沟通技能
f. Have knowledge about production BOM and its structure
了解生产BOM及其结构
4.Personality性格特征:

b.Fluent English both in written and oral 书写和口语英语流利
二、Job Duties工作职责
1. Correctly & promptly process international purchase order and minimize order information discrepancy.
及时准确处理国际采购订单，确保定单准确性。
2. Manage import business to be most efficient and legally.
有效地管理进口业务，符合相关法律法规
3. Handling customs clearance work during Import & Export process, including prepare and confirm shipping documents, making paperwork, etc.
准备日常的清关资料
4. Proactively communicating with customs brokers, Customs and so on to solve the problems in the process of Im&Ex and ensure smooth operation for timely release of cargoes.
积极与报关行、海关等进行沟通，及时处理清关问题，以确保物资的顺畅通关
5. Control the import customs clearance cost, check the bills and arrange the payment.
控制进口清关成本，核对、结算
6. Monitor safety stock for responsible materials and maintain it in system.
监控所负责物料的安全库存并在系统中维护数据
7. Save shipping cost by monitoring that batch quantity is in reasonable range, lower the stock level as much as possible
监控批次购买数量在合理范围内，节省运输成本，尽可能降低存货
8. Other task assigned by management team.
